- Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. - A fee of 50% of your scheduled service will be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to appointment time. No call/no show to your scheduled appointment will be charged the full service price. - Appointments are subject to cancellation if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment. - All clients are required to submit a credit card to be held on file. Any no-show or re-booking fees will automatically be charged to card on file.
